To reach the seafood restaurant and American restaurant at Kemah Boardwalk, visitors can use either public transport or private transportation.

Public Transport:
1. If you are coming from Houston, take the Metro bus route 249 from Downtown Transit Center to Bay Area Park & Ride.
2. From there, transfer to the Bayport Cruise Terminal shuttle that will take you directly to the Kemah Boardwalk.

Driving/ Parking:
1. From Houston, take I-45 South and exit at Nasa Road 1.
2. Turn left on Nasa Parkway and continue until you reach Highway 146.
3. Take a right on Highway 146 and travel for approximately 3 miles.
4. Take a left onto FM 2094/Marina Bay Drive and continue straight until you reach the Kemah Boardwalk.
5. There is plenty of free parking available for visitors at the boardwalk.

Please note that these directions do not mention any specific restaurant name; however, they should be sufficient to guide visitors to their desired destination within the Kemah Boardwalk area.
